By using this website and joining the ZoomBids waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What ZoomBids is
ZoomBids is a consumer-initiated bid platform for new-car leases and purchases, launching Fall 2026. This site is a pre-launch waitlist: it lets you register your interest so we can notify you when early access opens. Joining is free, with no card and no credit check.
No offer or guarantee of availability
Joining the waitlist does not create any agreement to lease or buy a vehicle and does not guarantee availability of any specific vehicle, brand, dealer, price, or launch timing. When the platform launches, shoppers set their own terms and participating dealers choose whether to accept or pass.

The information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the signup form.
Intellectual property
The ZoomBids name, logo, and the content on this site are owned by ZoomBids and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This pre-launch site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoomBids is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as we approach launch. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
